At School work for w/e 1-15

This week we'll be wrapping up your semester in Creative Writing: what you liked, what you didn't, and how I can help from here. We'll spend a bit of time each day working on your portfolio and any missing assignments, and if you have questions about publishing now that your work is revised and polished, I'd be glad to help during this time!

We'll also play a writing game in-class on Wed/Thur that I've shamelessly stolen from Central America. We'll have categories in Poetry, Prose, and Nonfiction as well as guidelines, because who doesn't like a competition?

Last, we'll do one final send-off essay to highlight unique voices in writing that showcase who we are to the world around us, "April in Paris" by the questionably-nonfictional, but insanely talented David Sedaris.
