Sharing a Narrative Story
🎯 Objective: I can introduce a topic and group related information together.
Purpose: Good writers organize their paper effectively for readers to understand the character traits, sequence of events, and cause & effect.
Success Criteria:
I will read my narrative story out loud.
I will submit a video of me reading my narrative story to my teacher.
Materials Needed:
Your Finished Scarecrow Written Story and Laptop
Student Instructions:
1. Read your finished Scarecrow Story out loud.
2. Reread your Scarecrow Story while videoing yourself reading it on your laptop.
3. Submit your completed video to your teacher.
Prompt: What will happen to your scarecrow? What is a problem that your scarecrow will have? Choose 3 events that your scarecrow will do or go through to solve the problem. Use many details to describe your scarecrow and explain what happens to your scarecrow in your narrative story.
