Expectations: Always do your best work, 

Materials:

  • Paper
  • Pencil
  • Sharpie or a Dark Marker
  • Something to color or paint with , (colored pencils, markers, crayons, watercolor, paint)

Objectives:

2. Pick your animal eye picture from the ones provided by clicking here.  Animal eye Photos- You can print one out

3. Make a photocopy of your eye picture.

4. Take your drawing paper and create a border on it- draw a 2-inch border on all sides of your paper.  This will become a colorful border for your picture.

5. Grid out  the center square of your drawing paper with a 1-inch grid, leaving the 2 inch border blank.

6. Using your chosen eye picture as a reference and working on your paper's grid area, draw in each square on your drawing paper to match the square on your eye picture. Do only one square of the grid at a time.  Try to match the light and dark of the eye photo.

7. When you are done drawing your eye, carefully erase your grid.

8. Stop and Photograph your your shaded eye and turn it in to Half way point-Turn it in -Value/Proportion.

9. Color and create our own Voice (creativity) border- you can be very creative on this border. This is where you can do whatever pattern you want, just make sure it is finished and looks great!!
