All About Mrs. Davis

ALL ABOUT MRS. DAVIS:

First off, let me say that I have the BEST job in the world! I love teaching and I can't believe that I get paid to do this!

This is my 13th year of teaching.

In 2008, I completed my bachelor of science from Weber State University in early childhood and began teaching right away at a private school. While teaching there I found that I wanted to learn more and make a bigger difference, which led me back to school where I completed 2 Master's Degrees: I have an M.A. in Elementary Education and a 2nd Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

You could say that I like to learn (wink, wink!).

I am the proud mom of a 14 -year-old daughter and two sweet dogs named Dottie and Dexter.

I have been married for over 16 years to a handsome man who is also a teacher down the street at Sunset Junior High.

You could say that teaching runs in our family ;)

I am a HUGE Disney Fan! Five years ago we completed a crazy family dream: to visit every Disney Park in the World! There are 12 of them located in: California, Florida, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Shanghai China. They are all unique but still very much "Disney"!

We visited the Disney Aulani resort in Hawaii 2 summers and a Disney Cruise last October.

I’ve also been aerial performer and I'm a gym fitness nerd. I love to perform and compete on stretchy fabrics and all the other circus apparatus’. I have traveled to California, Colorado, and Ohio to compete and I look forward to my next competition! You can find me almost every morning hitting the gym and breaking a sweat.

Small Facts About me:

I have a passion for books (both written and audio) and I pull out my Kindle and read whenever I get the chance.
I love traveling with my cute little family! The last few years we have traveled to: Beijing and walked The Great Wall of China, Shanghai, Mount Rushmore, Mexico City, Zion's National Park, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and a European roadtrip this summer.
I own both kayaks and paddleboards and I love to spend my summer days playing and relaxing at Pineview.
I love to experience and travel around this big world and it's hard for me to keep my feet tied down in the summer :)
