Can you tell I love bright colors? I believe that, no matter what , life is beautiful.

My name is Nhora Viviana Anderson. My favorite things to do are; helping people succeed, visiting different countries, learning about other cultures, teaching math, doing yoga, and dancing. I am the happy mother of five and grandmother of ten. I was born in Bogota, Colombia where I received my degree in Mathematics from the District University of Colombia. I have lived in Utah more than half of my life. I also received my master’s degree in Secondary Education and ESL from Utah State University. I have worked in education in Utah for thirty years. I am a strong believer that all children can learn. We may learn in different ways, but we can all learn. I absolutely love math and enjoy teaching it. My favorite subjects to teach are trigonometry, and logarithms. My least favorite subject to teach is probabilities. I honestly believe that Teenagers are the coolest people on earth. They have so much energy, dreams, innovating thinking, and so much to learn, even though they think they know it all. They are the future of our society and for that reason I want to help them master the basics of math in case they ever needed. is that cool? or is that awesome?

If children cannot learn the way you teach,

then teach them the way they learn.
