Math Lesson 17, Sessions 1-3
Now that we've had the quiz on Lessons 15-16, we can turn our attention to Lesson 17. This lesson is all about PERCENTAGES. Just like rates, it is very closely related to ratios. In rates, we think of ratios involving the number one (one mile, one pound, etc.). Percentages are all based on ratios involving the number 100 (100%, 80%, 25%, etc.). I hope you enjoy them!
Lesson 17 is relatively short so I recorded just one video for the entire lesson. It is just over 30 minutes long -- a little longer than our usual videos. If you are working from home, feel free to watch part of the video today and the rest on Friday.
