Science: Broad-tailed Hummingbirds
As part of our unit on ecology, we are going to study some data about broad-tailed hummingbirds.
If you are working from home, study the data that I have included here: science broadtailed hummingbird data.pdf Download science broadtailed hummingbird data.pdf
Then, use the data and these forms science blank data chart.pdf Download science blank data chart.pdf to create two graphs. The first should show the total number of hummingbirds over the years from 1979-1989. The other graph should show the total number of nectar-producing flowers during those same years.
If you can't print the charts, you can just make some simple charts using blank paper at home. Make sure to bring the charts to school so that you can turn them in!
