When You Reach Me by Rebeca Stead is a mystery novel. As a class, we will read When You Reach Me over the next 3 weeks. We will be studying the characters, discussing themes, learning new vocabulary and making predictions as we read the story. Monday and Tuesday

• Today we will be reading from Chapter 15 “Things That Smell”  to Chapter 21 “Things You Push Away”.
• After reading we will complete the Understanding the Story page in our packets and have a class discussion.
