Science: coloring planets

  • Due No Due Date
  • Points 0

Today we are going to hear presentations about Pluto and the other dwarf planets.  For our solar system model, we are going to decide how large the planets should be (relative to each other).  Then we are going to use tempera paints to color them!!

If you are working from home, please use your computer to research Pluto and the dwarf planets.  Write down at least 5 facts about them.  Bring your notes to class so that you can add them to your science journal.

Also, please make a drawing of your planet.  Use whatever materials you have at home: crayons, colored pencils, paints, etc.  Your picture should reflect your planets TRUE colors (sorry, no pink polkadots!!).  Bring it to school when you return.
