About Your Teacher

Hello 6th Graders

My name is Mrs. Evans. 

I'm excited to be your teacher this year!  I believe in being a lifelong learner, being kind to others and in always trying to do your best.  

I have an amazing family. My husband Brett and I met at Utah State University and have been married for 31 years. We have 4 amazing children and a daughter in Law. Shawn and Kamryn, Jessica, Jeremy and Katie. We also have 2 cats Rey and Kylo.  

I enjoy going to musicals, exploring nature, and being with my family.

When I first started teaching I taught 7th and 8th grade math and then 6th grade math and science.  For the last 5 years I have been teaching 4th grade here at Lincoln Elementary.  This year I will be teaching 6th grade and I am looking forward to an amazing year.
