Sunburst 2nd--Parent Resources

Welcome to our Online Learning Space!

We will be using a combination of Canvas and Seesaw for our digital learning in 2nd Grade.

Canvas will include resources, submission tools, access to lessons, and all the information for what needs to be done each day. Seesaw will be an additional place to submit work. 

If you are having difficulties completing anything at home, you can ALWAYS email me at krasmussen@dsdmail.net or send me a message on Bloomz if you have any questions. I will reply as soon as I can. If we are not able to resolve the issue, I will be happy to help your student the next time I see them.

The Canvas Student Guide provides information and guidance related to all things Canvas! Below, you will find both the text and video versions of the Student Guide: 

 Has Your Child Missed Class?

If your child missed class, I will do what I can to catch them up when they return! Anything we can't finish in class will come home. If they're home, and feeling well enough to do some work, they can check Seesaw and the modules in their Language Arts or Math courses at home.

 Help with Your Online Course

 

If you run into an issue while in Canvas, support is available! Begin by selecting the "Help" button, located on the left-side Global Navigation menu. Then, select from one of the support resource items within the menu. You can also contact the Davis School District help desk @ 801-402-5600.
