Reading

Mrs. Ferrari will be the reading teacher this year. For reading each day you will need to have: your iPad, pencil, text books, language arts notebook, assigned literature book, coloring utensils, whiteboard, whiteboard marker and puff.

We will focusing on reading comprehension strategies, fluency and vocabulary practice.

Writing

Ms. Powell will be the writing teacher this year. For writing each day you will need to have: your language arts notebook, iPad/laptop, pencil, and coloring utensils.

We will be focusing on argumentative and informational writing.

Math

Mrs. Ferrari will be the math teacher this year. For math each day you will need to have: , iPad, pencil, red correcting pen, coloring utensils, whiteboard, whiteboard marker and puff.

Science

Social Studies

In Social Studies, we will be learning about ancient civilizations from around the world.

Students will also be researching and creating a PowerPoint presentation on a country of their choice.
