2 large eggs (about 112g)  What percentage?_________________

2 oz unsweetened chocolate (about 56 g) What percentage?_________________

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 Tbsp (about 112 g) unsalted butter What percentage?_________________

1 cup sugar (201 g) What percentage?_________________

3/4 cup (90g) All-purpose flour What percentage?_________________

1 cups (170g) chocolate chips What percentage?_________________

MEASURE ALL OF YOUR INGREDIENTS BEFORE YOU START COMBINING!  MISE EN PLACE!

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 8x8 pan

2. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat at medium speed with the salt, and vanilla for about 1 minute, or until smooth.

3. In a medium sized microwave safe bowl, completely melt the butter in the microwave and chocolate (at 20 second intervals--DO NOT BURN THE CHOCOLATE)  then add the sugar and stir to combine.  It should become shiny as you stir it.  

4. Add the hot butter/chocolate/sugar mixture to the egg mixture and stir until smooth

5. Add the flour and chips, stirring until smooth.

6. Spoon the batter into a lightly greased 8x8 pan

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges feel set and the center looks moist but not uncooked.  Stick a toothpick or a sharp knife in the center--you should see moist crumbs but not uncooked batter.

8. Remove them from the oven and cool on a rack before cutting and serving.
