If you would like to turn in an assignment fifteen or more days after the assigned due date, you must answer and submit the below questions. I will respond to let you know if your answers are acceptable, after which you may email me your assignment (khegsted@dsdmail.net) or turn in a paper copy. Remember that Canvas assignments will close 7 days after the assigned due date, so you will be unable to turn in on Canvas at that time.
1. Why were you unable to turn in your assignment within 7 days of the assigned due date?
2. What action steps did you take to be able to complete this assignment? Did you get help from your teacher? Complete previous assignments first? Make the time to get the assignment completed, etc.?
3. In the future, what is your plan to turn in assignments on time or within the 7 day window? Turning in assignments on time can drastically reduce your stress level!
