Instructions

Based on the following rubric.  Enter the score that you feel best describes your Rehearsal Etiquette in Band this week. 

Then report in at least 2 COMPLETE sentences why you earned the score that you gave yourself.

I reserve the right to change this score if it does not match my records.

Not bringing your instrument more than once in a week is an automatic- NOT PROFICIENT-  50

100- MASTERY- only achieved if ALL of the following are done each class period

85- PROFICIENT

 75- APPROACHING PROFICIENT 50- NOT PROFICIENT
  • Student is on time and ready to play one min. after the tardy bell rings
  • Student has instrument and all needed supplies for the day
  • Student has a positive attitude toward learning
  • Student has music prepared for rehearsal
  • If absent- student communicates with the teacher and completes all work at home 
  • 1-2 items from the MASTERY level were not achieved during the week.
  • 2-3 items from the MASTERY level were not achieved during the week.
  • 4 or more of the items from the MASTERY level were not achieved during the week.
