All About Our Class

A little bit about me... 

This is my 18th year of teaching, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Weber State University in 2007 in with a B.A. in Elementary Education, I have Endorsements in English as a Second Language, Math, Technology, and assorted certifications as Reading Interventionist. 

I have been married 38 years to my high school sweetheart.  We have 3 grown children ages 36, 34, and 32, a Marine son-in-law, and the best daughter-in-law ever since she gifted me with my grandson Boston (who will be 4 this fall).  I was raised in the Marine Corps and traded my dependent daughter ID for an Air Force dependent spouse ID, my husband retired after 24 in the USAF. 

I have lots of hobbies!  I LOVE distance running and in the last 10 years, I've run 80 half marathons, 7 full marathons, assorted 5k's, 10k's, Spartans, a Ragnar, and one 50k ultramarathon.  I love coffee and chocolate, reading, crafting, playing with my grandson and most especially TALKING!

I absolutely LOVE being a teacher and I can't wait to share this school year with your student!
