4 Part Vocabulary

Using an interactive Whiteboard from Microsoft, the students will build their vocabulary for the term. This is an infinite space to use however you want. afor this lesson, they use sticky notes that are already provided, and add pictures as well. This will be a great collection by the end of the term. How I am Using Tool 1

The DESK Standard: Concept Understanding: Define and describe historical concepts and processes.

I have felt the need to focus a little more on vocabulary this year. I created a Whiteboard for students to do a 4 part vocabulary activity once a week. I tried it with Jamboard and it was fine, but after class I wanted to make it better, plus Jamboard is leaving. So I took screenshot of that first attempt so we could have it in the collection.

PICRAT and Tool 1

This activity falls in the IR (Interactive Replaces) spot on the PICRAT. It replaces paper and real sticky notes, but it is interactive, in fact more interactive than I might have done in the classroom.
