Objective
Identify and practice the movement skills such as walking, running, sliding, and jumping.
I will see how going for a walk can clear my mind.
Task
In this assignment, you will experience how walking is good for you both mentally and physically.
Instructions
- Go for a 30 minute walk 2 times this week.
- Invite someone to go with you on one of the two walks, and have a conversation with them as you walk.
- On the other walk, use your walking time to think about what you want to do in life, the goals you have set, the amount of things you need to do to achieve those goals, and how you will prioritize getting those things done in your life.
- Record your thoughts about your two walks. This can be done in a video reflection, text entry, or Word Document.
- Submit your project.
