Help with Your Online Course

Use this space to describe the process for receiving support for Canvas-related issues. Please see sample below.

If you run into an issue while in Canvas, support is available! I am always willing to help, but sometimes there are others that can give you more support.  I have included a list of ways to get help if I am not available.  On days that I am teaching, I will only be available to help after school (3:30-4:00). On Fridays. I will be available from (1:30-3:00).  As always sending me an email is always the best way to reach me.  I will answer them as soon as possible and always within 24 Hours. 

to get help when I am not available , begin by selecting the "Help" button, located on the left-side Global Navigation menu. Then, select from one of the support resource items within the menu.
