Indoor Exercise Log #6
Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to help you to correlate various lifestyle choices, such as hours of sleep and the amount of exercise, to how you feel overall. You will be required to reflect about your exercise, but you may also reflect on life events as well. The Log Book is 10% of your grade.
Learn
For this assignment, you must log 3 exercise sessions per week. You may count any in-class activities, but on weeks when we don't meet 3 times, you are required to workout on your own.
Demonstrate Understanding
Answer the following questions:
1. List all 3 of your workouts, what you did, and for how long.
2. Which component, or multiple components, of fitness did your workout involve?
3. What's something you learned about any of the 6 components of fitness?
4. Write a 2-sentence reflection on how you could improve, change, or refocus your exercise efforts.
