Indoor Exercise Log #7
Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to help you to correlate various lifestyle choices, such as hours of sleep and the amount of exercise, to how you feel overall. You will be required to reflect about your exercise, but you may also reflect on life events as well. The Log Book is 10% of your grade.

2. Which component, or multiple components, of fitness did your workout involve?
3. Write a 4 sentence reflection about this class. Use some of the following questions to help guide your reflection.
