Objective

 Task

In order for us to improve our courses, we rely on feedback from our students. We would appreciate your help by completing a brief survey about your course.

Instructions

1. The first time, you access the Davis Connect Course Feedback App Links to an external site. survey, it will request permissions from several different apps and programs associated with a registered Microsoft account. Please click "Allow" to proceed.

 2. After allowing permissions, the survey will load with a front page. Click on the blue button that says "Get my Davis Connect Classes" to retrieve your active classes and to complete a survey for this class.

3. Verify that the available classes match the classes in your myDSD class schedule. Since content and classes are set in a term-by-term basis, please double check that the course name, term number, and instructor name match before proceeding. Choose the link for the current course. If you have multiple courses with Davis Connect 7-12, please only complete a survey once you are finished with the term's content in Canvas.

4. The first part of the survey asks questions about course content and the second part requests feedback about your Davis Connect instructor. Both parts include optional open-ended responses which are highly recommended.

5. After you have submitted the survey in the Power App, return to the assignment in Canvas. Click submit and write in the text box a verification phrase like "I have completed the course survey. Thank you!" and submit your response.

Remember this feedback will be reviewed by faculty and staff members at Davis Connect and to avoid written responses that are vague or with inappropriate language.
