DESK Standard E: Exercise each day doing 20-30 minutes of continuous cardiovascular exercise:

Task
An essential part of the core standards for physical education is that students get regular exercise, to put into practice habits of healthy living. They are also to practice various fitness assessments and activities related to the six components of fitness. While participating in an independent study P.E. class, students are still expected to satisfy these requirements by exercising regularly and reporting it each week on a Weekly Fitness Log form which must be verified by a parent or proctor. This requirement is explained in depth in the form below. Both the student and parent must read and agree to the expectations of the Weekly Fitness Logs in the assignment below.
