 Task

In this activity, you will participate in a physical activity with people of different ability levels.

Instructions

1.  Choose one of the activities/exercise routines to do with  friends or family members:  Freeze tag, Relay races, Bowling, Volleyball, Soccer, Aerobics, Basketball, Laser Tag, Dancing to music.
2.  Do the activity for 30 minutes.
