Using the information you already have, Imagine you want to start your own based on the design project from last class period. As you go through this process, here are some things to consider as you design ideas and aspects that will make your business successful.

Target Audience:
Who are your customers? Describe your target audience. (your character)

Business Location:
Where will your business be located? (e.g., online, in a store, at a market)

Store Layout or Website Layout if a service business
Describe how you will organize your store or website. (Sketch a simple layout below)

Main areas (e.g., checkout, product display)
Flow of customers
Accessibility

Sketch it on paper or using design software of your choice.

Start-up Costs:
List potential costs to start your business (e.g., materials, rent, advertising).

Identify Competitors:
Who are your main competitors? List at least two. (You all have someone else in the classroom who has the same customer as you or who has the same business as you. --figure out who they are)
