FIT7: Weekly Activity Log Information

Requirements

  • Students are required to exercise a minimum of 21 work out session per term. This course has 2 terms. You will complete weekly logs.
  • Exercise must be done at least 3 times per week not including your pre and post-test workouts.
  • In order to receive full credit on the assignment, each portion of the assignment must be filled out. If you have any questions about whether or not your activity will count for credit, please ask first. 
  • Your workout must be a minimum of 30 minutes in duration and your heart rate/intensity level should be between 130-180 beats per minute.
  • Activity Logs are due EACH week.
