Objective
*Exercise at least three times per week, for at least 30 minutes per workout doing activities you enjoy or at which you want to improve.
*Track your activity on a weekly basis.
*Reflect on progress and activities performed.
DESK Standard E: Exercise each day doing 20-30 minutes of continuous cardiovascular exercise:
a. Participate in a variety of activities that contribute to improvement of overall fitness.
c. Implement a personal wellness program.
Task
One of the most important aspects of taking a physical education class is the opportunity it gives you to improve your quality of life by getting regular exercise. This assignment is designed to allow you to build that structure into your life if you haven't done so already, and if you have, to receive credit for the physical activity in which you regularly engage. In this course, each week requires a new and unique Weekly Fitness Log with very specific instructions. To receive full credit, please read and follow all instructions below.
Instructions
- Before attempting this assignment, read and understand the FITNESS LOG INSTRUCTIONS.
- Print off the WEEK 4 FITNESS LOG.
- Complete all sections of the log and obtain necessary signatures.
- Save and Upload a copy or image of the completed log to this assignment by the due date.
- Note: This assignment must be turned in at the end of the week it was assigned to receive full credit. This is due to the nature of the E DESK Standard which is to "exercise each day doing 20-30 minutes of continuous cardiovascular exercise."
