You should use the State Core Curriculum Links to an external site. to develop your Outcomes. Choose a standard and then create an Outcome that shows student mastery for each objective.  Then you can develop your lesson plans and assignments to help your students gain mastery. If you include rubrics that are tied to the State Core to assignments then you and your students will know how well they are learning the material.
