6 Must Have Resources

The following resources are vital for you to complete class assignments

1. Remind: All students should sign up to receive short reminders or messages via text or email - also to be able to communicate with me via text. Parents are also welcome to sign up:

2. AP Classroom (MyAP student login) Links to an external site.
   • Follow this link for instructions to sign up for AP French Classroom Links to an external site.. Use this code:  DQG6YZ
   • All students will have assignments in AP Classroom. If you want to take the AP test, you will indicate that in AP Classroom.
3. This Is Language Links to an external site.:
   • Login using your school email ( ____@go.dsdmail.net) as your username.
   • Initial password is BHSBrave5. You will be prompted to change your password.
   • You will have various listening, vocab and grammar assignments.
4. Clever (and EMC through Clever) Links to an external site.:
   • Use Clever to access EMC (online curriculum/textbook, novels) and EMC's Passport (cultural videos, current events, music, etc.). We will have some assignments.

5. APprenons textbook. (Link to come once the order comes through.) We will have some assignments in here!
6. TV5Monde Links to an external site.: We will have assignments on occasion. In order to complete them you need an account (obligatoire) and an app (optional).

Third: Once you have the account, you can also download an app for your phone or tablet if you would like, and then connect it to your account. See How to access and use your TV5  Monde app. Links to an external site. There are several TV5 Monde apps. Make sure you download the TV5 Monde for learning French app. The other apps will not work for homework or exercises.

Feel free, however, to explore on your own! TV5 Monde is incredibly diverse in resources. You can find videos with exercises for

• • current events from all over the French-speaking world
  • culture from all over the French-speaking world
  • leveled videos for listening, with exercises to help (A1 = Novice High; A2 = Inter Low; B1 = Inter mid - high; B2 = Advanced low-mid)
  • grammar help,
  • dictées Links to an external site. to improve listening and writing
