1) Locate a family picture. Describe it as imagistically as you can in 3-4 sentences.

2) Now, consider a different point of view (POV). Rewrite the scene from this new POV and let your mind wander through details you may/may not know. Give us 2-3 paragraphs of new story from this new POV and try to create an internal and external conflict.
