The BIG IDEAS addressed this week:

Cells have a life cycle of Growing and Replicating Interphase is where the cell spends most of it's time and then divides when needed.

Somatic Cells vs. Gametes Body cells vs. Sex cells. Body cells replicate via mitosis. Sex cells are made through meiosis. Somatic cells make 2 IDENTICAL CELLS. Sex cells make 4 UNIQUE cells.
