Learning Objective: I can brainstorm names of natural and cultural features for an imaginary country. 

• Over the course of the next three activities you are going to create an imaginary country map that shows natural and cultural features. Then, you will create a population density map to show the relationships between human settlement and geography.
• The first activity is to brainstorm names of natural and cultural features for you imaginary country. 

Instructions: 

• Complete the following fact sheet.
• You may want to think of a theme to help you come up with names for your country's natural and cultural features.
  • For example, your country could have a dog theme. The capital city could be named  Dog Bone City and the mountain range could be named Ruff Mountains.
• Be creative and have fun!
