Mrs. Westwood 4th Grade

Hello!

    I was born and raised in San Diego, California. I joined the Army after high school and was trained as a combat medic. After completing my service I earned an Associate Degree in Child Development and a Bachelor’s degree in History at San Diego State University. I moved to Utah in 2014, and earned a Master’s degree in Social Sciences. This is my 8th year teaching at Wasatch Elementary. I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade. I love jogging, guinea pigs, and traveling with my family.

I want my students to feel confident and to LOVE learning! I believe frequent communication is vital. I encourage all parents/guardians to be involved in the exciting things we will be doing. I am thrilled to have your child in my class and use the resources I have learned to guide your student to success.

Colors: Turquoise, yellow

Animals: guinea pigs, rabbits

Hobby: Jogging, studying history, traveling

12:30-1:30- Math

1:30-1:45- Recess

1:45-2:15- Math

2:15-3:15- Specials

(Library, Computer Lab, Art, P.E.)

3:15-3:25- Cleanup/Dismiss
