1. Where can I access the course disclosure?
Course Disclosures are posted on the class Canvas page in the "Course Disclosure Module" or you can use the link above.
2. What information can I find in the course disclosure?
Concert dates, course expectations, grading scale, course structure, missing/late work policy, and course materials.
3. What is the best way to contact you?
Email is the fastest way to receive a response.
4. Should my child be accessing Canvas daily?
Yes. All course material is put on Canvas. Students will submit all assignments through Canvas as well (with the exception of those scores given for in-class activities).
5. Does Canvas contain the most up-to-date grades?
MyDSD is the most accurate since there are some in-class assignments that are completed and graded in class.
6. Can students earn extra credit or redo work?
No extra credit is given in choir because students are allowed to redo any of their assignments. When a student does not earn full credit, they will find comments on their assignment submission so they know what needs to be reworked. All missing work and assignments needing to be redone will be accepted without penalty until 1 week before the term ends.
