In General Financial Literacy (GFL) we study how you as an individual interact with things you value - particularly money.
Topics covered include:
*Understand values, culture, and economic forces that affect personal financial priorities and goals.
*Understand the relationship between career preparation and lifetime earning power.
*Evaluate saving methods and investment strategies.
*Understand personal money management.
There is a comprehensive CTE/YouScience exam at the end of the semester that will cover everything we discuss.
