FAQ's:
1. Where can I access what my student should be doing?
A weekly plan is published on Canvas each Monday. You can find this plan on Canvas by clicking on Modules and finding the "Weekly Plan" module. This shows what will be happening in class and what students are expected to do.
2. When should my student be working on assignments?
Almost all assignment are given with enough time in class to complete them. If a student has missing work showing on their grade, students should be finishing up that work at home.
3. What is the best way to contact you?
Email is the fastest way to receive a response.
4. Should my child be accessing Canvas daily?
Yes. All course material is put on Canvas. Students will submit all assignments through Canvas as well (with the exception of those scores given for in-class activities).
5. Does Canvas contain the most up-to-date grades?
MyDSD is the most accurate since there are some in-class assignments that are completed and graded in class.
