teaching teenagers, reading, history, researching, traveling, speaking French, going to the beach, playing with my kids, hanging out with my husband, talking with friends, doing Piyo, yoga, nature, writing in my journal, watching funny movies, meditating, helping people, eating healthy foods, & solving problems. 

fake food, wasting time, violence, selfishness, ignorance, lying, apathy, and peer pressure that makes nice people do dumb things.

Welcome! I’m so excited to teach Social Studies, French here at Davis Connect! I’ve taught English, U.S. History, and Speech & Debate at Legacy Jr. and South Davis Jr., and different courses here at Davis Connect. I also taught Library & Media at the elementary level.

I’m interested in a lot of things, but history and languages are the most amazing subjects to study as they help all the other subjects to make sense. Studying people and places that affect us today helps us face similar challenges. I’m happy to be working on the Davis Connect team to help all our students learn and grow.
