My name is Mrs. Sutherland and I teach 7th grade science. I have been at South Davis for many years and enjoy it here. I am married and have three kids, two of whom are married. I love to read, quilt and spend time with my family. Teacher Intro Video Links to an external site.
For each days lessons, go to Modules. Course is set up with the current week at the top of the modules tab. Days of the week are shown and the lesson assignments are underneath the day of week. It will include all that is needed for submission. Quizzes will be a separate assignment but will be listed underneath the day of the week as well. A reminder: you are responsible for all work whether or not you are in class.

ALL assignments must be submitted in Canvas!!! I will not take them via email. Questions may be by email, work may not.
*All work is submitted on Canvas in a format specified in the assignment. Normally, a file upload of a Word document or a pdf, jpg, or a text entry. Some assignments may have a video option as well.
Accommodations for IEPs and 504s will be made on a student by student basis.
Standards discussed each term: first term will be 7.1, second term will be 7.1 and 7.2, third term will be 7.3 and fourth term will cover 7.4 and 7.5.
