Orchestra Week 6 - Dec 5 - 11

Plan for the Holiday Concert December 14th at 7:30 at Viewmont High School.  Arrive at 7:00  in black and white best dress you may add red and green.  This concert will be worth 200 points.  Combined rehearsal with the band is Wednesday December 7th at 3:00 to 3:30.  Also plan to perform in the Holiday Assembly Monday December 19th in the same concert dress. 

1. Bring your instrument to class and participate.  Each day that you participate in orchestra is worth 25 points.

2. Practice 4 times this week for 30 minutes each time. You are always welcome to practice more than that!  Keep track of your practicing on the practice record. Practice Record-7.doc Download Practice Record-7.doc 

3.  Work on page 10 exercises 57-62.  Also work on your concert music.

4. Work on Smart Music. You need 100 minutes by the end of the term.  This will be worth 100 points.  Work in Smart Music counts toward your regular practice time.

5. Plan for your term project.
