About Ms. Rose  

I have a Masters of Education from the University of Utah, prior to that I had earned a B.A. from Utah State University in English Literature with a minor in German. I continue to learn and attend professional development. I am a life long learner and enjoy learning new things. Lately, I have been taking some science endorsement courses for fun. 

I have presented at the National Association of Gifted Children Conference several times.  My presentation submissions were selected from over 600 submissions. I have also presented at Edufest at Boise State University. I have coauthored a chapter published in the book Teaching Gifted Children. 

During the summers I love to read fiction and fantasy books. I enjoy traveling to National Parks! I love going to places like Yellowstone, Death Valley, the Redwoods, Zion, etc. I recently hiked Angel's Landing. I enjoy making jewelry, sewing, growing house plants, and gardening.
