What is Concurrent Enrollment? Concurrent Enrollment is an opportunity to receive required credits for high school graduation, while also earning credits towards a post-secondary educational goal. Additionally, Concurrent Enrollment provides students with the opportunity to earn college credits at a significantly reduced rate when compared with standard tuition rates. It is $5 per credit hour, which on a 3 credit hour course is only $15. |

My wife Kari and I have been married for 15 years. Our children are my wife’s from a previous marriage, hence why none of them look like me, which is a blessing for them. Connor is the oldest, he is on the far left. Then our daughter Ellysa. Payton, the tall one in the back, is next. Then our youngest is Preston. The favorite thing my wife and I like to do is travel. The picture on the left is from a Caribbean cruise we went on in 2019. Some other destinations we've been to include the North Shore of Hawaii, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, the Florida Keys and Key West, the Highlands of Scotland, the City of Lights that is Paris, France, the jungles of Belize, the crystal blue waters of Cayman Islands, the Big Easy that is New Orleans, the iconic sites of London, England, and more. Students will also quickly learn that I'm an Apple fanatic. I vividly remember my dad bringing home our first Mac when I was 5 or 6 years old. I've been a Certified Mac Technician. I love to use Apple as an example when teaching Marketing as they know how to develop a strong brand and a passionate following. Students should look for the 1st Generation iPhone I have in a shadow box in my classroom. I've worked with students my entire career and I'm excited to be at Layton High School to share my passion for personal finance, love of technology, and my expertise in the area of business! |
