Color Notes

Objective: Understand what color is, the vocabulary associated with it, how colors are mixed, and the emotions associated with color. 

Why: Color adds interest to our art. It can help show emotion. When we mix color we save money on paint and can get more accurate color matches than if we only rely on what the manufactures make for us.

Color Notes

Please define the following vocabulary in your own words. The definitions are in the attached document. Illustrate the words by showing where the colors are placed on a color wheel. You might want to use the notes again when we create art, and take the color test so please keep a copy somewhere. You may use your own paper or my note paper. Here is the file for the note paper.
