Value on Sphere

Objective: Be able to add value to the appropriate areas of a sphere, without guide lines, and label the values

Why: Value shows depth. Learning to put value on a sphere, teaches you to look for certain values when drawing an apple, orange, basket ball, planet face, etc.

Value on a Sphere

Print out the worksheet or get one from me. I am checking to see if you can shade a sphere without the guide lines, and label the sphere. If this is something you cannot yet do on your own, go back to the Value on Forms worksheet and look at the numbers, they should also show you where the values go. The labels are in the center of that worksheet. There is also a sample of what it should look like in the next lesson. If you still have trouble with this assignment, contact me or come in and get help from me on a Friday. The best time to come is between 1 and 2pm, but E-mail me what works for you.
