Hi! I am Mrs. Vernon and I will be one of your child's Junior High School teachers. This is my 6th year at NLJH and in Davis School District and 11th year teaching. Your child will have me for one of the following classes:
- 7th grade CCA (College and Career Awareness)
- 8th grade FCS Exploration (Family & Consumer Science Exploration)

A few things about me...
I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri and went to college at BYU-Idaho. I met my husband here in Utah while...da da da da...Student Teaching! We have been married for 13 years with 3 children who are our world. Even though we are busy with our professions, we are always with our kids supporting them in whatever they are doing in life. What keeps us busy are things like: gymnastics, baseball, hockey, football and martial arts. We love watching movies and traveling. We also love our almost 3 year old, 80 lb., Boxer mix named Otto.
