FIT7.T2.M2.03: Cook a Healthy Meal

Objective

Participate in a variety of health-promoting activities.

I can find a healthy recipe and cook it.

 Task

Time to find your inner Gordon Ramsey, Rachel Ray, or some other chef!  Have some fun with this one, and enjoy the food!

Instructions

1.  Plan with your parent /guardian a time when you can learn to cook a meal for your family.
2.  Find a healthy meal that you think you would like to eat.  Here is a link to The Food Network, but you can also use another sources of your choice:  Healthy Dinner Recipes : Food Network | Food Network
3. Cook it.  Take a picture of video of you cooking and eating it.  Enjoy eating it.
4. Submit a picture of the meal, and your family eating it.
