FIT7.T1.M1.02: Activity Log for Term 1

Objective

Introduce the concepts of exercise frequency, intensity, time, and type.

I will workout for 20 days this term to improve my overall fitness.

 Task

In this course, you will work out for 30 minutes or more on at least 20 days.  This log will record your effort.

Instructions

1.  Plan how many days day a week you need to work out to complete 20 days of exercise.
2.  Workout for at least 30 minutes with your heartrate up. If you are in a class or sport or activity that has you working out for over 30 minutes these still count as just 1 workout. If you do at least 30 minutes in the morning and then 30 more at night, that can count for 2 separate workouts.
3. Complete the Activity Log that is located under "Resources." 
4. Submit the activity log when it is complete.

Rubric:  

Evaluation: Each day of activity is worth 5 points, for a total of 100 points. 1 point per section.

4=90-100 points

3=80-90 points

2=70-80 points

1=If you earned less than 70 points, this needs to be redone to earn credit.
