Objective

Identify and practice the movement skills such as walking, running sliding, and jumping.

I can  jump and jump rope with proper technique.

 Task

In this activity, you will study and practice the correct technique used in jumping.

Instructions

1.  Watch these videos about jumping and how to properly do it.
2. After watching the videos, try it out, and compare your form with the videos.
3. Answer the Jumping Assignment Links to an external site." questions (also located on the Resources Tab) in complete sentences."
4. You can record a video demonstrating the answers or type the answers on a word document and submit it.
