Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is to help you:

- Demonstrate the proper technique.

- Demonstrate progression toward accuracy mastery.

Demonstrate

For this test, you will be kicking a soccer ball from a predetermined distance based on your grade level. You will be graded on technique as well as accuracy in hitting a target.

Submission

There is no Canvas submission required for this assignment. Report your scores to the TA's. Grades will be posted following the skills post-test.
