Editing - Completing Your Motivational Video

The Rundown:
Now that you have captured footage for your motivational video and understand the basics of Premiere Pro, it's time to put your new skills to the test by editing together your own clips into a whole, well-organized video.
The Instruction:
Editing is easiest when done in an effective "workflow" (i.e. a series of well-considered steps). The infographic below is an illustration of the most common workflow that professional editors use to simplify their work:
The following clips take you through these basic steps of editing. Follow along with them as you complete the steps using your own footage.
Note: Should you not have your footage yet and need something to at least practice with, you have download and use any of the stock footage available on this Google Drive link Links to an external site..

Editing Requirements:
-Add a fade in to the beginning of your video and a fade out to the end of your video.
-Add a title to each shot which states which compositional principle you are using in that shot.
-Watch your video after exporting it to make sure there are not any errors.
Video Requirements:
-Your video must feature 10+ unique shots.
-Your video should feature a minimum of 8 different compositional techniques.
-Your video should include some form of inspirational dialogue, whether provided by or approved by me.
-Storyboards should be completed and turned in prior to filming your video.
Submission:
Once you have completed your video, add it to Google Drive, get a "shared link" from Google Drive, and submit the link to this Canvas page.
