Order of Operations - Error Analysis

In this discussion thread I want you to do Error Analysis.  Error Analysis is when you look at a math problem that someone else did incorrectly.  Your job is to figure out the error that the pretend-student George made.  

Instructions

1. Below you will find a PDF file that shows 6 problems that George tried to solve using the Order of Operations.
2. Pick 3 problems (besides question 6) and find the error that George made. 
3. Type each problem and the error George made into the text box.  (See below for an example)
4. Once you have finished, post your response into the discussion thread.

Question 6:  On the very first line of question 6, George started by adding 4 + 2.  He should have started by multiplying 6 * 4.
